At RecordBox, we want you to love your home storage solutions as much as your vinyl collection. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Safely pack the items in their original RecordBox packaging to ensure they are protected from damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
